Lupita Fernandez

Fernandez is a graduate of UCSC in 2014 in human biology and chemistry and received her legal education at The Monterey College of Law. During law school, she clerked at the Biegel Law Firm. After passing the bar, the firm urged her to gain as much trial experience as possible. After 18 months as a trial attorney in the Monterey County Public Defender’s Office, she returned to our firm and has become a valuable member of the Biegel litigation team.
